Our guide to finding a suitable games room supplier
The
Internet is a wonderful place for buying and selling but with
it brings many "online only" businesses, but if things
go wrong, who can you go to?
1. Make sure the supplier has a base, with someone to talk to
about your order should things go wrong.
2.
Beware of businesses operating from a mobile phone, make sure
your supplier has a land line and an established premises so you
have somewhere to bang on a desk, mobile phone numbers can be
changed and your supplier could very quickly disappear.
3.
Make sure your sought after purchase is in stock before placing
an order, we have heard of stories of customers waiting weeks
before they receive their goods.
4.
After sales backup - Make sure your supplier has a good supply
of spares in stock, or you may be left for weeks without being
able to obtain spares should your goods develop a fault outside
of its warranty
5.
If the merchant is showing a land telephone number on its website
make sure the area code matches its advertised business premises.
